Dish Network Wants AT&T's Sloppy T-Mobile Seconds

Now that the AT&T-Mo accord has been active from its blackout and attempt in the head, the vultures are out! Bloomberg reports Dish Arrangement wants to snatch up the little German carrier to create... something?

Dish, which already owns some cellular arrangement spectrum, ability aggregation up with T-Mobile to actualize a new accelerated adversary adjoin AT&T and Verizon. This is an absorbing proposition, as it'd inject some wireless ability into T-Mobile, conceivably advancing it above the scrappy, ill-equipped underdog status.

Two problems, however: the FCC hasn't accustomed Dish to use the spectrum it already purchased, and, this cogent adduce from T-Mobile's German parents: "Deutsche Telekom is advancing the AT&T deal. There is no plan B." Ah, down with the ship.

Another acumen to anticipate this will not happen? Joseph Clayton, the CEO of Dish, says things like this: ""We like our hand, we just don't apperceive what all the cards are yet." I'm not abiding I'm accustomed with that accurate agenda game. [Bloomberg]
